Two moms meet at their kids’ school and start a kid-oriented business. Sound familiar? It’s a well-worn story line—but, hey, moms can produce some pretty great things when they put their tired heads together! Les Petites, founded this past September by Lake View residents Lee Rotem and Yifat Baror, is no exception. Together, they started hunting down funky vintage dressers, chairs, lamps, and more, and giving them creative paint jobs, just right for kids’ quarters. When their friends saw what the duo had done for their own daughters’ rooms, the orders came pouring in. This darling rocking chair is $150.
