Nestled in the clouds above the Chicago River, HGTV’s Urban Oasis awaits a lucky new owner. I recently took a spin of the 1,000 square-foot condo on the 35th floor of the Trump Tower—which will be given away to contest entrants—and got a taste of the Arts-and-Crafts-inspired design. To perfect the Chicago vibe, designer Vern Yip shopped at local spots such as the MCA Store and ShopWright at the Frank Lloyd Wright Preservation Trust, where he scored one of the coolest accessories in the space: laser-cut wood Tree of Life panels that he re-fashioned as wall sconces over the sofa. The KraftMaid kitchen cabinetry echoes the aesthetic (and cleverly disguises storage pullouts and cutting board workstations). If you dig the gorgeous view and cozy feel, make sure to enter now—the contest ends Friday at 5 p.m.
