ANTIQUES AND VINTAGE: It’s in with the old at the Merchandise Mart International Antiques Fair, which draws more than 100 dealers of Americana, artwork, jewelry, and other treasures to the Mart from April 26 to 29. Tickets are $15. Housed in an Uptown parking garage at 5051 North Broadway, Vintage Garage (vintagegaragechicago.com) holds the first market of its sophomore season on April 21 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. This time, there’s a twist: Hundreds of cyclists sporting vintage garb are expected to descend on the market at 11 a.m. for a free “vintage-style ride” through the neighborhood. The market’s admission fee ($3) is waived for anyone dressed head to toe in vintage.
