Kanye West's G.O.O.D. Music label is releasing its latest album, Cruel Summer, this coming Tuesday, but the Chicago native has been slowly dropping tracks over the last few months. First it was "Mercy," released in April. West followed up in July with "New God Flow," featuring Pusha T. "Clique," with Jay Z and Big Sean, came out in September.

Now West is bringing R. Kelly in on the latest single, titled "To the World."

The new song will lead off Cruel Summer, setting the tone immediately with West's infamous don’t-give-a-f*** attitude (and, as Alyssa Rosenberg points out, builds on a recent Nicki Minaj line about Mitt Romney's tax situation).

One more thing about "To the World": "Chi-Town til I'm on my back" is clearly a better slogan than "Second to None".
