I specialize in the city of Chicago from Hyde Park and all the way NORTH to Evanston. Lincoln Park and Gold Coast have been my home for 30 plus years. I work with new buyers; buyers moving into the city from the suburbs and relocation buyers. I list homes all across the lakefront east and extend myself west. The fun part for me is that I can walk by a home or a condo/coop anywhere in this city and know that I have had a transaction there.
