Michael Nagrant: I saw your proposed breakfast menu and was intrigued. Nobody seems to innovate at breakfast.
Frank Brunacci: Being the father of two young children, breakfast is the only time I get to spend with my family. I think I make the best croque monsieur in the country; I will challenge any Frenchman to it. I’m going to de-construct it, make it look different but taste the same.
