The developer of the 2727 Kirby condo development near Houston's tony River Oaks district said the penthouse was built with oil barons in mind. The ceilings in this 30th-floor unit range from 16 to 24 feet in height, and for an extra $1.5 million the owner can build his own heliport on the roof.
