Amy Jacobson is without a doubt a gifted reporter with a mission to give it to you staight. I listen to Nancy Grace give out the b.s. night after night on some one eles wings. Talk about beating a dead horse. You will never get that from Amy J. Unless you know her on a personal or business level you have know idea what a serious and determined reporter that wants the facts Jack. It was real easy for everyone to blast her when she hopped instead of a skip. Well thats Chicago for you. We in this town Love the corruption so we can here the likes of a Michael Sneed from the Chicago Sun-Times tell us if we only new how nice some of these people are. Ms. Sneed will have you feeling sorry for the likes of Ed Vrdolyak or Gov. Ryan. Who do you think she gets her information from. Go out and get the real news and tell the truth all you so-called reporters. Sorry Ms. Sneed, no offense; the list is very long. Nice work if you can get it. My family and I are greatful for Amy Jacobson for the way she handled our situation in the killing of my son Dean A. Perozzi Jr. at the Tweeter Center in Tinley Park, Il. in 2002. Thanks Amy. Some one out there better snatch her up soon. I Know it's tough to get back in once you have showed em all up. I'll go to war with Amy Jacobson. The City of Chicago is filled with so many bad actors of life you need someone like Amy Just keep score. Thanks Again Dean A. Perozzi Sr.

I think we all make mistakes. The question becomes, who does the error hurt. Poor decision to take the kids - but they will recover. I question if her husband truly loved her. He married her at the height of her career and left her when things got rocky financially and his "star" wife was no longer the "star." Why, exactly did he marry her?

Life has its ups and downs. All tides turn and all ocean swells eventually mellow out. I wish this lady the absolute best. We who sit and arm chair judge trust me...have plenty of bones in our closet.

There is no fall from grace as far as I'm concerned - there is only the human lived experience for which we can let it defeat us or we can build a bridge over it. You go Amy!! I hope you win big in both your suit and your personal life. An oOregonian!

As a mom I can completely understand the pressure she felt to keep her promise to her kids that they could go swimming!
