In a spot almost hidden from view along Printer's Row, Perry Hendrix spins out dishes that dazzle with imagination, sure-handed execution, and a sense of fun, as well as deeply satisfying taste. Expect beautiful presentations of seasonally tuned-in specialties, inventive sides and garnishes, and delicate touches of molecular gastronomy, especially. Erin Mooney, the pastry chef, chimes in with seasonal desserts such as warm ginger spice cake and pumpkin butter crêpes. Fine wine choices.
