If you are at a loss for a way to spruce up Valentine’s Day for your sweetie this year, I recommend uncorking a chilled bottle of wonderful 2007 Italian Saracco Moscato d’Asti ($13) from the Piedmont. It’s slightly sweet and boldly fruity, and the low alcohol content allows the pure taste of lime, apples, and flowers to come through loud and clear. Pour an extra glass for Cupid.
