Michael Nagrant: You spent two and a half years traveling around the Mediterranean. What did you learn?
Sean Eastwood: I saw the food firsthand. Many of my friends said to me, “Make sure you meet up with families and eat in homes, as opposed to restaurants, because that’s where all the great food is.” You see the love that goes into the food when you go into somebody’s house.
