Jodi Vevoda, 49
Vice president of advertising sales for USA Today
Lives in: Lake View
Backstory: As a student at Washington State University, Vevoda planned on a career in interior design, but a few early jobs in the corporate world put her on a different path that eventually led to her current gig overseeing $100 million in ad revenue for the most widely circulated newspaper in the United States. “Design has become more of a personal passion,” she says, shortly before describing the way she designed and oversaw the gut rehab of her last two homes, including the construction of a yoga studio in each. Vevoda practices yoga with a group of friends and a private instructor several times a week at 6 a.m.
