Another great restaurant that accomodates gluten free and many other allergy-related diet restrictions is Bistro 110. Also, all Lettuce Entertain You restaurants have gluten free menus, I believe.

Hey - Chicago's Pizza announced this week that they have Gluten-Free Pizza Crust. They have 5 locations on the north side with two restaurants with bars, party rooms and everything, two byob. Yakzie's in Wrigleyville now frys their wings in a separate fryer. All of their wing sauces are gluten free! (Not sure about the ranch/blue cheese) But at least we can have the wings! SOOO GOOD!
