Don't forget about Free From Market (www.freefrommarket.com), which has the region's largest selection of Gluten free groceries.

Another great restaurant that accomodates gluten free and many other allergy-related diet restrictions is Bistro 110. Also, all Lettuce Entertain You restaurants have gluten free menus, I believe.

Yakzie's in Wrigleyville now frys their wings in a separate fryer. All of their wing sauces are gluten free! (Not sure about the ranch/blue cheese) But at least we can have the wings! SOOO GOOD!
