We just ate at Shaw's Crab House and they have a great Gluten Free menu.
Great tasting GF pizza @ Aurelios in Addison - dine in & take out,
also take out only in Geneva.
Another great restaurant that accomodates gluten free and many other allergy-related diet restrictions is Bistro 110. Also, all Lettuce Entertain You restaurants have gluten free menus, I believe.
