Name Taker “I can see the big picture, but I’m also very detail oriented. Typically you find people who do one or the other: They have the vision, but they can’t dig in and look at the details and figure out how to get from A to Z. I can see both parts and watch them merge; that’s where I get personal gratification.”

Splash Maker “I’m a swimmer, and I’ve been a swimmer my whole life. In a typical year, I’ll probably swim four meets. I don’t go crazy with it—I still work, I still travel—but I like setting a goal and working toward it. I still get butterflies in my stomach, and I still want to improve each time.”
