SOLD: NEAR NORTH
Carlie Irsay-Gordon, a vice chairman and co-owner of the Indianapolis Colts, and her husband, Michael Gordon, sold a Near North townhouse in March. Listed at $1.8 million, the home went for $1.622 million. The couple bought it in 2009 from her father, the Colts’ CEO and co-owner Jim Irsay, for $1.455 million—$45,000 less than he had paid for it months earlier, according to the Cook County Recorder of Deeds.
