Stay, Manor's heir apparent, is slated for a late April/early May opening

If Manor is the king of VIP clubs, its second-floor offspring Stay (101 W. Erie St.), slated for a late April/early May opening, is the spoiled heir to the throne. Word is select clientele from Manor will be invited up to "stay" at the ultraexclusive, limited-capacity 4 a.m. spot but must plunk down serious bottle-service cash for the privilege.
