May 7, 2010 – On May 7th, home lovers came out for the annual Hinsdale Cooks! Kitchen Walk, which featured five fabulous, private kitchens from the community. Local chefs including Paul Virant of Vie, Didier Durand of Cyrano’s Bistrot, Branko Palikuca of Topaz, and Adam Seger, founder and mixologist of Hum Spirits, provided food, drink, and entertainment at the event. Proceeds benefitted the Hinsdale Historical Society. For more than thirty years, the Hinsdale Historical Society has been devoted to collecting, preserving, and promoting the history of Hinsdale.
