On July 18, Chicago magazine hosted 52 guests at de Quay, one of the magazine’s 2016 Best New Restaurants. Restaurant owner and executive chef David de Quay served an exquisite five-course meal complemented with specialty cocktails presented by Celebrity Cruises, Chloe wine and Half Acre Beer. Guests received an exclusive cocktail reception on the rooftop of NEWCITY where they enjoyed stunning views, passed hors d’oeuvres, Chloe wine and Half Acre Beer. Presenting sponsor Cadillac provided guests with complimentary rides to and from the event. A portion of the evening’s proceeds benefited St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
