March 10, 2016—Nearly 600 guests turned out for the ALS Association Greater Chicago Chapter’s inaugural IronHorse Ball. Under the Tiffany dome at the Chicago Cultural Center, guests dined their way through 15 cocktail-style tasting stations featuring some of Chicago’s top chefs, and an open bar sponsored by 10 different drink vendors. Master of ceremonies Dionne Miller, ABC 7 sports anchor, showcased the silent auction area, art gallery, and an interactive live auction. The ALS Association honored Kris Grahnke and Page Parkhill, two people living with ALS, for their courage and fundraising achievements. Chef Fabio Viviani was also honored for his ALS awareness efforts. One hundred percent of proceeds from the evening will benefit people living with ALS and their families.
