What’s Next for Michael Sheerin?

The former Trenchermen chef/co-owner has consulted at Parson’s Chicken & Fish. Now, a new project is in the works.

Micheal Sheerin (right) has moved on from Trencherman, where he worked with his brother, Patrick (left). He plans to shift from ownership to mentorship with his next culinary move.  

Michael Sheerin, who this past week left Trenchermen and its team, including Patrick Sheerin, his brother, updates us on what he plans to do next:

“I am working on something new. Something I’ve never done before. I won’t be an owner. I’m really excited about whom I will be working with. I will definitely be a mentor more than ever before. It will be in the Gold Coast. Unbelievably affordable and really delicious. I can promise you that.”

Michael, a former Blackbird chef, says an announcement on the new project will be made by September.
