Dish Flash: Ruxbin Opening

Ruxbin (851 N. Ashland Ave.; 312-624-8509), a Mexican-Korean-French-influenced restaurant in Noble Square, opens tomorrow, June 15th, at 5:30 p.m. The ownership team has been blogging the opening, and we wrote about it a few weeks ago. We're curious to see how those cuisines combine, and to see whether the other four continents will get in on the act.
