Sepia Has a Brand New Cocktail Menu

Here’s what you can drink soon as new mixologist Griffin Elliott shakes things up behind the bar at the West Loop spot.

Griffin Elliott pours up a fresh round of cocktails at Sepia starting tonight. 

The new mixologst/bartender at Sepia (123 N. Jefferson St., 312-441-1920) is Griffin Elliott. He started at Sepia just about a month ago, and is launching his all-new cocktail menu Thursday night, June 13.

All libations cost $13. Arrive thirsty, and here’s what you can order.

Mutual Feeling
Death’s Door gin, Gran Classico, pineapple-lime, sparkling.

Jefferson Cooler
Aylesbury Duck vodka, rhubarb grapefruit syrup, lemon soda, rhubarb bitters.

Corpse Reviver
#2 North Shore #6 gin, Curaçao, Cocchi Americano, lemon absinthe rinse.

La Vida Alta
Olmeca Altos Plata, Vida Mezcal, house ginger, lime mole bitters.

Brooklyn Night
Ron Zacapa 23, apricot, lime, honey, peach bitters.

Trade Secret
Citadelle gin, celery juice, lime, VEP mist, egg white.

Breakfast of Champions
Bourbon, rye, barley, falernum.
