She Said It
"I gave my notice yesterday. I will be out of Red Light by the end of the year." –Jackie Shen, the chef at Red Light (820 W. Randolph St.; 312-733-8880). Shen was also recognized as one of Chicago's 2008 Chicagoans of the Year. Watch this space for news of her future plans.
