In case you haven’t had enough cupcakes, More (1 E. Delaware Pl.; 312-951-0001) is launching The More Mobile, a food truck that holds 1,500 of them. Starting Monday, this eco-friendly vehicle (which sports a battery-powered generator to eliminate emissions while the truck is parked) will troll the city on an ever-changing route, selling individually packaged personal gâteaux in 12 flavors—ten standard varieties plus two rotating specials. More will celebrate its first week on wheels by giving away entire truckloads of goodies—two to three flavors at a time—near prominent Chicago landmarks. Want to be first in line to snag a frosting-laden freebie? The truck will park at the north end of the Michigan Avenue bridge at 9 a.m. and near City Hall at 11 a.m. After that, your best bet to follow MM’s route is on Twitter.
