After debuting locations in Oak Brook and Skokie, Madewell (932 N. Rush St., 312-337-3815, madewell.com) makes good on its promise to set up shop in Chicago this week. Located on Rush Street in the old Starbucks building between Walton and Oak Streets, the new Gold Coast Madewell opens tomorrow at 10 a.m. You’ll want to be at the front of the line, because the first 150 shoppers will score a mystery gift card ranging from $10 to $500. That’s potentially a lot of dough to spend on denim—not to mention the perfectly fitted tees, chambray shirts, and vintage-inspired dresses the 76-year-old brand is known for.
Top Sales This Week
In celebration of its 25th anniversary, Architectural Artifacts (4325 N. The auction takes place Friday through Sunday, beginning at 10 a.m. each day.
It’s back: Fête (comefete.com), a nighttime food and design market that debuted back in December holds its second after-hours shopping event on Thursday from 5:30 to 10 p.m. at Room 1520 (1520 W.
