And they're off! Last week, our nightlife reporter previewed Derby, a new racing-themed watering hole that opened Friday near DePaul. By Saturday, a healthy crowd of Lincoln Park thoroughbreds had giddied up to the bar for shots of bourbon and bottles of Bud.
