Nightlife Photos: Hearts

It’s been a long time since Mark Farina shared DJ duties with fellow hometown spinner Derrick Carter on Northwestern’s WNUR, but the now San Franciscan still maintains a loyal local following. Some 375 revelers turned out for his Thursday gig at Hearts, the Goose Island nightclub from the folks behind Sound-Bar, Y, and Crescendo that launched last November in the old Slick’s Lounge address. Hearts is open Thursdays through Saturdays; cover is $20. Browse our photos below.

Chicago is often considered one of the liveliest night cities of the United States. However, if you want to enjoy Chicago nightlife, you need to know all the coolest or the hottest places, depending on your tastes.
