Public House doesn’t officially open for business until January 13th, but a flock of early birds got a sneak peek during the River North bar’s preview party on New Year’s Eve. Spotted: 25 brews on draft; in-table taps for both beer and liquor, plus a “wall tender” beer-dispensing system; and some 520 festive revelers toasting 2011.
