Lines of would-be clubbers outside, rows of sparkling shot glasses inside: This is Stereo, the Belmont-Cragin nightclub formerly known as Jedynka and 123 Disco that reopened last week with a new name and a fresh new interior but that still harks back with gusto—lasers!—to its disco-glam roots.
