You know you’re in a hot neighborhood when a 5 a.m. spot is packed by 11. The Owl, a new late-night watering hole from the team behind Estelle’s, Alive One, and Easy Bar, opened in Logan Square on Saturday to a crowd of locals practically drooling for a seat. The bar’s plush-parlor-meets-cozy-dive vibe mirrors its high-low lineup of 20 taps, where Revolution’s Bottom Up Wit rubs shoulders with Miller.
