Just in time for Thanksgiving, the Social Experiment—the band consisting of Chance the Rapper, Donnie Trumpet, Nate Fox, and Peter Cottontale—have shared a new, family-centric track, "Sunday Candy." The song is the first from Chance & co.'s forthcoming LP Surf (due out by year's end), and it's all about the rapper's grandma (d'aw!).

The band also revealed that Donnie Trumpet (whose real name is Nico Segal) will get the byline on Surf. "We're working on all this music together, but this project in particular is a Donnie Trumpet project," Segal last night told Fader. Also featured on "Candy" is Chicago singer and Pushcart-nominated poet Jamila Woods (of soul duo Milo & Otis).

Listen to the track below, then go call your own grandmother.
