Monday, April 11

Didn’t you know this week is Burger Week? Get your observance in at Mott St (1401 N. Ashland Ave., Noble Square, 773-687-9977), where they’ll have a deal to get their burger with any draft from Hopewell Brewing Co. for $18.

Tuesday, April 12

Quite the collaboration happening at Trenchermen (2039 W. North Ave., Wicker Park, 773-661-1540) tonight: They’re working with both Jonathan Zaragoza (Birrieria Zaragoza) and the crew from Penrose Brewery for a four-course meal with such treats as goat ribs and pork neck stroganoff. Tickets for dinner, which starts at 6 p.m., are $54 and available here.

Friday, April 15

Celebrate with the crew at Smylie Brothers Brewing Company (1615 Oak Ave., Evanston, 224-999-7320), as today marks the release of their Purple Line Bavarian Wheat (brewed with hibiscus, blueberry, and blackberry.) They’ll pour $4 pints of the concoction all day long.

Saturday, April 16

Get in some weekend shopping at the Spring Market at Autre Monde (6727 W. Roosevelt Ave., Berwyn, 708-775-8122). The stalls include some food vendors (like Jo Snow Syrups), and there will be spritz cocktails and snacks on hand as you browse. The market is free to enter and is open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Sunday, April 17

See food imitate art at Tesori (65 E. Adams St., Loop, 312-786-9911), where starting today they’ll offer a special three-course meal inspired by the Art Institute’s current “Van Gogh’s Bedrooms” exhibition. The dishes include a golden beet ravioli with gorgonzola dolce sauce and the meal runs for $22.
