Wednesday, July 20

Get to know the beers from Logan Square’s Hopewell Brewing Company during a dinner at Chop Shop (2033 W. North Ave., Wicker Park, 773-537-4440), where their offerings will be matched to four dishes. The meal costs $40—you can buy tickets here.

Thursday, July 21

It’s time for the Green City Market’s annual Chef BBQ, where more than 100 restaurants will be on hand to offer dishes using ingredients from the sprawling farmers’ market to benefit its educational and outreach programs. Get tickets here.

Friday, July 22

Stuff yourself with a seafood boil at Pearl Tavern (180 N. Upper Wacker Dr., Loop, 312-629-1030), where $50 (tickets here) gets you plenty of shrimp, sausage, corn, and potatoes, plus some Lagunitas beers to wash it down and pie for dessert.

Saturday, July 23

Party with burgers and brandy punch at Rhine Hall Distillery (2010 W. Fulton St., West Town, 312-243-4313). They’re throwing a cookout from 6 to 10 p.m., and your $18 ticket includes a plate of food, a free cocktail, and a performance from bluegrass band Mad Bread from 7 to 9 p.m. Tickets are here.

Sunday, July 24

Do some sipping and shopping at Joy District (112 W. Hubbard St., River North, 312-955-0339), where the rooftop will be converted into a music-festival clothing bazaar you can peruse while downing specialty cocktails. The pop-up opens at 4 p.m.
