Make reservations for dinner at Ani (3056 N. Lincoln Ave., Lincoln Park, 872-206-8553) tonight between 7 and 9 p.m. and you’ll get a complimentary four-sake tasting flight from Floating World to sip alongside your meal, each showcasing a different style or strength.

Several Logan Square heavyweights will come together for a three-course whole-veal dinner to benefit the Logan Square Farmer’s Market at the Radler (2375 N. Milwaukee Ave., 773-276-0270). Nathan Sears and company will get help from the crews at Bang Bang Pie Shop and Table, Donkey, and Stick to pull together the $50 dinner (beverage pairings, including a specially brewed option for the evening from 18th Street Brewery in Gary, Ind., are an additional $20)—you can RSVP for one of the two seatings by calling the Rader.

Here’s the scoop: The Primehouse Bar at David Burke’s Primehouse (616 N. Rush St., Gold Coast, 312-660-6000) is starting up their annual Friday-only ice cream shop this week from 3 to 5 p.m., with two rotating frozen offerings created by pastry chef Jove T. Hubbard. The flavors will change every week—this Friday, you can snag strawberry rhubarb pie (vanilla bean ice cream with rhubarb and strawberry pie chunks) and pineapple caramel brownie sundae (caramelized white chocolate, butter rum roasted pineapple, brownie chunks, and Luxardo cherries.)

Another weekend, another street fest—this time, it’s Taste of Randolph, which, in addition to a slew of live music, will have food offerings from West Loop joints like BellyQ and City Winery. The festival (which, unsurprisingly, sets up camp on Randolph Street in the West Loop) runs from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. tonight and from noon to 10 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, and there’s a suggested donation of $10.

As any Game of Thrones fan can tell you, things you love on the show can get taken from you at a moment’s notice, which makes the prospect of the fourth season’s finale a little bit terrifying. Better, then, to enjoy it with a sizeable support group in a viewing party at the Burlington (3425 W. Fullerton Ave., Logan Square, 773-384-3242), where weekly themed drink specials have included the Trial By Combat (Stiegl Radler, tequila, malort) and the Ser Pounce combo (a PBR and a Dandy Sweets bourbon peanut butter cup.) Fun fact: Did you see that viral video of a bar full of people freaking out during the episode a couple of weeks ago? That was filmed here.
