Pi Gallery Bar (738 N. Clark St., River North, 312-285-2712) turns Neapolitan pizza making into an art, with plenty of craft cocktails and local artwork to boot.
Want to check out CJ Jacobson’s tenure at Intro (Belden-Stratford, 2300 N. Lincoln Park West., Lincoln Park, 773-868-0002) but can’t handle the meaty menu? The rotating-chef restaurant will offer a four-course vegetarian option on Tuesdays for $50 (add another $25 if you want wine pairings). The deal’s only available if you call the restaurant or reserve via OpenTable.
Toss another one onto the to-brunch list: On April 11, Bohemian House (11 W. Illinois St., River North, 312-955-0439) will add it to their weekend slate. The menu will feature plates such as Bavarian chocolate scones and house-cured lox on seeded sourdough toast with soft-boiled egg and trout roe. Wash it down with a cocktail made with rye whiskey, maple, Fernet cream, and a proprietary blend of Bow Truss coffee.
