Sing and drink your way into the holiday spirit at Tack Room (1227 W. 18th St., Pilsen, 312-526-3851). For the next three Thursdays, they’ll be slinging seasonal drinks crafted by bartenders from across the city as the bar’s in-house piano player performs Yuletide hits. The egg nog starts pouring at 10 p.m.

The $40 promotional package, available every Sunday in December, includes a basic gingerbread house, all sorts of trimmings, and a mimosa flight for two. Call the restaurant to make a reservation.

Half the proceeds from purchases at any Chicago-area restaurant today will go to Toys for Tots, the organization that helps to provide holiday gifts to children in need.
