Le Dress Reopens With a Big Spring Cleaning

After a pipe-bursting winter, the Wicker Park dress shop is back in business and ready to move inventory at a major sale.

Our winters have proven to be downright lethal for retailers. Back in January, a frozen pipe burst in Wicker Park boutique Le Dress (1741 W. Division, 773-697-9855), and the ensuing flood damage kept the store closed for nearly three months.

The women’s boutique has been able to sustain itself through pop-ups and private shopping appointments during the clean-up process–but with renovations wrapping up this week, the shop has three months of inventory it needs to move in one weekend.

Weddings, showers, grad parties, and work eventsLe Dress always seems to have the dress for every occasion, so don’t lose this opportunity. To make room for new merchandise, the store will discount winter and spring styles from more than a dozen brands like Milly, Shoshanna, Nicole Miller, and Amanda Uprichard by 30 to 75 percent.

The sale will be held Friday, April 11 through Sunday, April 13, and mimosas and snacks will be served all three days. Store hours are Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
