Oak Park women’s boutique Muse (106 N. Marion St., Oak Park, museoakpark.com) is hosting a night of art and markdowns (to as low as $40 for summer pieces) on August 13 from 6 to 8 p.m. The soiree will be a chance for Muse’s artist in residence, Alicia Marie of Spotted Kettle (etsy.com/shop/spottedkettlestudio), to showcase her line of greeting cards, hand-painted pillows, and tote bags.
