Luxury Garage Sale’s (luxurygaragesale.com) hotly anticipated Last Chance Sale takes place today through Saturday. In a warehouse space at 329 West 18th Street, the sale will offer up to 90 percent off already-discounted goods from labels like Prada, Chanel, and Balenciaga. In all, some 10,000 items will be available. Admission is $10 at the door, and parking will be available.

Top Sales This Week

Four local boutiques—Sara Jane, The Denim Lounge, Londo Mondo, and Tribeca—will participate in the “Wear-House Sale” at 7 East Huron Street on Friday and Saturday. The event will offer up to 90 percent off on contemporary clothing and swimwear. Cash is preferred.

Block 37 (108 N. State St., blockthirtyseven.com) will host a “tax-free shopping day” on Monday. Participating retailers—including Anthropologie and Les Nereides—will offer discounts approximately equal to the 10.25 percent sales tax.

Market

Randolph Street Market (1340 W. Washington St., randolphstreetmarket.com) hosts an indoor shopping event on Saturday and Sunday. With a “Calm, Cool, and Collectible” theme, this iteration of the market will feature 100 vendors selling vintage, antique, indie-designer, and global goods; there will also be food and drinks.

Trunk Shows

Brock Collection will showcase its Spring 2016 ready-to-wear collection during a trunk show at Neapolitan (715 Elm St., Winnetka, neapolitanonline.com). Husband-and-wife design duo Kris and Laura Brock will appear at the trunk show’s kickoff today; it will run through Sunday.

Madison Hall (71 E. Madison St., madisonhallchicago.com) hosts a trunk show for Saturdays NYC on March 2 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. The event will also showcase new spring merchandise from labels such as Cuisse Grenouille and Briston Watches, and guests (who are 21-plus, of course) will be treated to samples of Glenmorangie whiskey.

Opening

House of Kahn is now open on the fifth floor of the 900 North Michigan Shops (900 N. Michigan Ave., shop900.com) The store, which was previously located on Walton Street, sells one-of-a-kind estate jewelry. It is open by appointment only; call 312-943-9937 to make one.
