A new David Yurman boutique is coming to Oakbrook Center (100 Oakbrook Center, Oak Brook, davidyurman.com). Slated to open February 5, the corner store will have areas devoted to menswear and wedding collections. The shop will also sell timepieces and gold and silver jewelry; a bronze “heritage wall” will detail the history of the brand.

Top Sales This Week

Rag & Bone (25 E. Delaware Pl., rag-bone.com) has discounted some men’s and women’s merchandise up to 50 percent. Items are being scooped up quickly, and staffers expect the sale to be cleared out by the end of the week. Also available online, the sale includes pieces such as a chevron-ribbed cashmere tunic (now $225) and a quilted, cold-weather parka (now $700).

There are deals to be had at men’s store Original Penguin (901 N. Rush St., originalpenguin.com), where clearance items are an extra 50 percent off. Additionally, sweaters are $29.99, and winter accessories are half price. The sale is expected to wrap up late next week.

Intermix (40 E. Delaware Pl., intermixonline.com) has a slew of fresh markdowns. The sale, which runs indefinitely, is also available online. Look for a crop leather jacket from Barbara Bui (now $429) and an Intermix-exclusive, double-faced plaid coat (now $119).

Scoop is hosting its “Ultimate Closet Clean-Up Sale” (1009 N. Rush St., scoopnyc.com), which takes an additional 60 percent off the lowest red-tag price on all sale styles. That means some items are available for 85 percent off. Staffers predict the sale will run for another week or so.

Diesel (923 N. Rush St., shop.diesel.com) is offering up to 50 percent off select goods from its fall/winter 2015 collection. The sale is scheduled to end around February 8.

Fashion Outlets Chicago (5220 Fashion Outlets Way, Rosemont, fashionoutletsofchicago.com) is hosting sales and events to celebrate the Chinese New Year. Running January 30 through February 14, the event will include discounts at Bloomingdale’s the Outlet Store, Coach, DKNY, and other shops. Details are available here.

More on the outlets front: Swarovski at Chicago Premium Outlets (1650 Premium Outlet Boulevard, Aurora, premiumoutlets.com) is hosting a “Sparkling Savings” event through January 31. The sale takes 50 to 75 percent off select jewelry, and 75 percent off select accessories.

Pop-Up

An Abigail Heche pop-up shop is now in the lobby of Studio 110 Salon (110 East Delaware Pl., abigailheche.com). The shop sells jewelry and winter accessories from the Michigan-based designer. Pieces include a bohemian “Dove in Flight” necklace ($395).

Trunk Show

Neapolitan (715 Elm St., neapolitanonline.com) will host an all-day trunk show on February 3 for Figue. Stephanie Von Watzdorf, who designs the women’s luxury label, will be present. Von Watzdorf fills her collections with globally inspired prints and found objects from her international travels.
