Space519 (space519.com) will host its first-ever warehouse sale Friday and Saturday. The sale will take place at Coyle & Herr (3031 N. Rockwell St.), and will offer previous-season women’s apparel marked down by 50 to 80 percent. Shoppers will find clothing from lines like Frame Denim and Veronica Beard; accessories are from the likes of Eddie Borgo and Buba London. There will also be books, props, and home goods on sale.

Top Sales This Week

Barneys (15 E. Oak St., barneys.com) is still hosting its designer sale. Items are up to 60 percent off, and labels like Altuzarra and Stella McCartney have just been marked down.

Saks Fifth Avenue (700 N. Michigan Ave., saksfifthavenue.com) is also hosting its designer sale, with prices up to 60 percent off. The sale offers clothing for women and men, and designers include Alexander McQueen and Alice and Olivia.

At Neiman Marcus (737 N. Michigan Ave., neimanmarcus.com) sale items have been further reduced, and are now up to 55 percent off. Styles include sandals from Prada, embroidered blouses from Tory Burch, and dresses from Diane Von Furstenberg.

Escada (51 E. Oak St., us.escada.com) is offering 60 percent off selected styles from its Resort 2016 collection. Items include a blazer with a bright heritage print (reduced from $1,625 to $650) and a lightweight, floral-print dress (reduced from $1,595 to $638).

Today, starting at 10 a.m., Chalk (2611 Prairie Ave., chalkboutique.com) will host a sale with 60 percent off select items. The women’s store sells items from such labels as Carven and Rosie Assoulin.

Pop-Up

Kristen Cleary’s Coast by Coast, a pop-up shop that operates out of a VW Van, stops at Lou & Grey (3442 Southport Ave., louandgrey.com) Friday to Sunday. The pop-up sells surf and swim products curated by Cleary, who’s a former fashion buyer.

The Virgin Hotel (203 N. Wabash Ave.) will host a pop-up for Garrett Leight Saturday and Sunday. The California-based line makes sunglasses and eyewear; the pop-up will be on the Virgin’s Cerise rooftop.

Trunk Shows

Sarah Seven, the bohemian-style bridal line, will host a trunk show at Nordstrom (55 E. Grand Ave., nordstrom.com) Friday through Sunday. The featured dresses cost $2,300 to $5,000. To make an appointment, call (312) 464-1515 ext. 1730.

Armani Collezioni will showcase its latest collection at Neiman Marcus (737 N. Michigan Ave., neimanmarcus.com) on June 21. The event will take place in the store’s second-floor sportswear department.

Openings

Hammer Made (hammermade.com), a men’s specialty store, will open in Old Orchard in August. Using fabrics from European mills, the shop makes limited-run shirts; founder and designer Jason Hammerberg introduces 10 new designs each week.

Closings

Scoop NYC (1009 N. Rush St., scoopnyc.com) has officially closed. The chain, which sold contemporary apparel for both sexes, recently closed all its stores.
