Craig Fallico

Dream Town

Craig, Señor Fallico, Coach Fallico—no matter what you call him, he’ll respond! As a wrestling coach for 31 years, a Spanish teacher for 36 years, and a real estate broker for 38 years, Craig is proud of the success he’s achieved in each professional path. He takes his tagline, “count on me!,” very seriously and has maintained a growing real estate business regardless of the market conditions. “I’ve never had a bad year in real estate,” he says, crediting his success to helping as many people as possible. As a leader of Team Fallico with his son, Nick, Craig has always focused on transactions and not volume. He credits the partnership with his son for helping him stay ahead as a broker, saying, “Nick is the perfect partner, and he has helped me evolve.” It will always be about service and never about the money as long as Craig is involved.

Born on the northwest side of Chicago, Craig calls Park Ridge home. He holds multiple degrees from some of the area’s most prestigious schools, including Marquette University and Lake Forest College. Using his background in education, he began his career as a Spanish teacher. Craig decided to pursue his real estate license shortly after he started teaching, as a way to better financially support his family of five children while simultaneously following his passion. Real estate has been the perfect fit for Craig, and his enthusiasm for the industry is clear. Real estate allows for personal and professional contact and demands characteristics of a top educator such as care, motivation, and putting your charges first. Craig’s energy and drive are contagious and continue to grow along with his business. “Thanks to Nick’s influence and Dream Town’s support, I really have just started to become my best Realtor® self!”
