Breakfast meetings are out. These days, everyone exercises in the morning, so lunch has once again ascended as the meeting meal of choice. Most of the execs we interviewed said that they had lunch meetings four out of five days a week. Some are standing appointments. 

EMBRACE STRESS
Feeling harried while getting things done may not necessarily be a bad thing. Legendarily prolific attorney and author Scott Turow says his most productive moments “often come with compulsiveness and anxiety. But I enjoy the sense of getting a lot done.”
