On April 23, nearly 100 guests gathered at S.K.Y.—one of Chicago magazine’s Best New Restaurant winners—for the second Secret Supper of 2018. Executive Chef/Owner Stephen Gillanders showcased five courses of globally influenced fare, complemented with Diageo cocktails and 90+ Cellars wine. The restaurant kicked off the evening with an exclusive VIP experience featuring Rare Tea Cellars, specialty cocktails, and passed hors d’oeuvres. A portion of the evening’s proceeds benefited PAWS Chicago.
