You can now fill your plate at Brendan Sodikoff’s 3 Greens Market (354 W. Hubbard St., River North), a food hall with a little bit of everything (including Small Cheval burgers and a jumbo salad bar) in the former Cocello and Dillman’s space.

Farmers’ market darling Defloured has blossomed into an Andersonville sweets shop (477 W. Balmoral Ave.) serving brownies, cookies, cakes, and bars—all sans gluten.

Get ready for a master class in pie studies: April 3 will mark the first-ever Chicago Pizza Summit, where 12 slicemakers will prep all-you-can-eat offerings to wash down with lots of Old Style at the 1st Ward event space inside Chop Shop. The centerpiece is a keynote speech from musician and ’za aficionado Andrew W.K. The $35 tickets go on sale Friday; there’s more info here.

Speaking of pizza, fans of Soho House’s Pizza East (113 N. Green St., West Loop), us included, are out of luck. The restaurant is now officially closed for reconcepting.
