Tuesday, 3/12: Ripen your palate with an “aged” three-course dinner for 312 Chicagos (Hotel Allegro, 136 N. LaSalle St., 312-696-2420) 15th anniversary. Dishes feature 18-month aged prosciutto, 24-day dry-aged rib eye, and 25-year-old aged chocolate balsamic—try them all for $40 through March 17.

Wednesday, 3/13: Savor the full Alpine experience of charcuterie and Koval brandy at Table, Donkey and Stick (2728 W. Armitage Ave., 773-486-8525). Four courses and brandy are included in a $50 ticket, and Koval’s master distiller Robert Birnecker will guide diners through the tasting.

Thursday, 3/14: Watch the Big Ten Tourney from the vantage point of Park Grill (11 N. Michigan Ave., 312-521-7275) with a 10-percent discount on food Thursday through Sunday if you mention the deal. Also ask about group game-watch packages for $28 per person (reservations required).

Friday, 3/15: Frontload your weekend at Ryan Poli’s Little Market Brasserie (10 E. Delaware Pl., 312-640-8141), where you can buy a cocktail, glass of wine, or beer from 5 to 7 p.m. daily and get a free savory snack (deviled eggs, french fries, and mini poutine make the list).

Sunday, 3/17: Seek solace from St. Patty’s Day shenanigans. Anteprima (5316 N. Clark St., 773-506-9990) will serve a four-course $35 prix-fixe rotating menu highlighting the comfort cuisine of southern Italy’s Campania region, with wine pairings available for $15. The special menu will continue every Sunday through Thursday for the month of March.
