Our staff started the weekend with a handful of new plaques.

Chicago magazine was honored with seven Lisagor Awards on Friday night—six stories won awards, and one took home a pair.

The annual awards ceremony, put on by the Chicago Headline Club, recognizes the city's best journalism of the previous year. We had winning stories in the following categories:
