Uncommon Motor Row Threesome
Trio of condos share building and triplex layout but little else

SOUTH LOOP
FROM $549,000
TO $569,000
Each of the three condos that remain for sale in a brick building on the South Loop’s old Motor Row is a triplex, with rooms on each of three different levels. But that doesn’t make them identical triplets.
“The only thing they have in common is that they’re in the same building,” says Vivienne Frow, the Rubloff agent representing the trio of condos at 2332 South Michigan Avenue for the developer, Nondas Kourkouvis. In fact, each of the two-bedroom units is very different. One condo, priced at $549,000, has a lofted sitting room tucked above the kitchen. Another condo has a second-level master suite that overlooks the living room through wide clerestory windows, and the third has a pair of second-level bedrooms beneath a third-level family room (each of these units is priced at $569,000; parking spaces cost an additional $30,000). Each of the three condos—the last unsold units in a 22-unit building—is available for immediate occupancy.
