Brendan Sodikoff takes the diner experience off the charts, marrying artisanal precision and quick service. His cheeseburger is a marvel of highbrow-meets-lowbrow. Much of the menu, including the burger, can be ordered “au cheval” (with a fried egg), pushing the food’s richness to your arteries’ breaking point.
