Jerome Bacle executes Martial Noguier’s concise menu—including mussel soup with saffron aïoli, escargots in green garlic butter, and seared Alaskan halibut with romesco and tarragon emulsion—to a lovely French T. Classic profiteroles and well-priced French wines. Prix fixe: two courses, $32 before 6 p.m.
